You must register in person at M2, The Place for Prom to qualify and must verify your eligibility with your student ID. 2. All Senior Students (Male or Female) from all schools in Illinois and Indiana will be eligible. 3. One entry per student. 4. No purchase necessary. 5. This scholarship cannot be sold or transferred. Student must graduate high school and enter a 2 –4 year accredited college and enter college the fall after their graduation. 6.
