M2 Prom FAQs

Do you track dresses for school?

             Yes, we have our “Prom Promise” – which means we will not sell the same dress, in any color to anyone attending your event.

What is your return policy?

            All dresses and accessories sales are final.

What payments do you take?

            We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash, and personal checks. We also offer a layaway program in store, ask your prom consultant for details.

Are you able to match a vest and tie to my dress?

            We offer our Exclusive “Color Match” tuxedo system. We have a swatch card of every vest and tie color available this season and have color consultants on hand to make it a perfect match.

What are your store hours?

            We have extended store hours from January through April

                        M, W, Th         10 a.m. – 8 p.m.

                        T & F              10 a.m. – 5 p.m.

                        Saturday          10 a.m. – 5 p.m.

                        Sunday            12 p.m. – 4 p.m.

            Regular store hours

                        M, Th               10 a.m. – 8 p.m.

                        T, W, F            10 a.m. – 5 p.m.

                        Saturday           10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Are all the dresses on your website in your store?

            We carry more dresses in store than we show on our website. Each season we hand pick a selection of dresses to display on our website to showcase the trends, cuts, colors, and designers for that season. It is also possible that a dress on our site has been sold out and may not be in stock.

Do you need an appointment to look for prom dresses?

            No, it is a first-come first-serve basis.  We do ask that you make an appointment to look for anything pageant; dress, swimsuit, interview suit. 

Do you have any tips for coming to the store?

            Come prepared to try on dresses! We recommend coming with an open mind, as dresses can look better on YOU than on the hanger. We also have shoes, jewelry, gloves, purses and even hair extensions available to accessorize your dress while you have it on! Let one of our prom consultants help you find the perfect dress for your perfect night!

            Saturday is our busiest day, be prepared to wait for a fitting room. If you don’t like crowds, make plans to come on a different day! M2 also requests that you keep your group down to a minimum number. Limited seating available.
